Language Lessons for a Living Education: Grade 5 [Master Books]

Language Lessons for a Living Education 5 is designed for Grade 5 students and uses a story-based approach to teach language. A reading selection is followed by five daily exercises that include a mix of narration, independent reading, grammar, writing, reading comprehension, spelling, and “just4fun” critical thinking exercises. Quarterly reviews are integrated in the course, and can be used as quizzes or tests for assessment. A section of teacher aids at the back of the book includes assessment charts, reading lists, spelling lists, grammar/parts of speech/writing study sheets, and more. Lessons will take approximately 20-30 minutes per lesson, five days a week. Covers one year of instruction. 478 pages, softcover, three-hole-punched. 5th Grade.
